In medieval Russia, a shy girl must use a powerful amulet to rescue her prideful brother from a witch who will turn him into a living tree.

Sample Rendering Procedure

In order to maintain a cohesive style across a team of five people, I was tasked with creating a set of brushes and a sample rendering procedure based on our agreed upon art direction. Our team was heavily inspired by the work of Ivan Bilibin, a Russian illustrator from the 1930s.
